What We Know:
- Savage wrote that in late 2016 she became aware she was pregnant. She said “I realized I was pregnant by this monster … Eventually, I ended up getting an abortion I was forced to get the surgery done at his house.”
- Savage revealed another alleged claim that the singer forced her to call him “Daddy” or “Master” and the time she didn’t she was allegedly attacked by him. She writes, “He grabbed me and choked me until I blacked out.” Savage also said that she was peed on numerous times by R. Kelly and often used as a punching bag.
- Savage also described being constantly monitored by the singer’s handlers, especially during interviews. She would also be monitored around the house and as she showered. Savage reportedly said she was starved for days to rehearse for an on-camera statement.
- According to the Sun-Times, she also opened up about the other girls R. Kelly would bring to the home saying, they were “just like me, and they were definitely younger than me”.
- There are new allegations that Savage may not be the one behind the Patreon account. A source from the site tried to verify the account on Monday. According to TMZ, the owner of the account will have a couple of days to provide a government-issued form of identification to satisfy Patreon’s standard.
- The account has made a large sum of money. More than 1,800 users have paid for the memberships which ranged from $3-$25. As of Wednesday, the alleged account has been closed down and the customers have been refunded.
As for R. Kelly’s side of the story, his attorney Steve Greenberg thinks that Savage is behind the account and he finds it unfortunate that she is trying to make money by exploiting her long time, loving relationship with the singer.
