Florida Man Uses Wind To Explain Possession Of Cocaine

37-year-old Joseph Zak was arrested after claiming a bag of cocaine flew into his car.

What We Know:

  • Zak was arrested after throwing away something in Fort Pierce when he was pulled over. He first attracted police for failing to stop at a stop sign.
  • Police searched the car and found cocaine and a crack pipe in the center console, according to Fox News.
  • Zak explained to the police that the bag of cocaine was placed there by the wind. Zak was arrested on drug paraphernalia charges and released on bond at St. Lucie County Jail.

He will appear in court Dec. 3 for his arraignment.
