A shooting has occurred at New England Pentecostal Ministries in Pelham, New Hampshire which is about 30 miles north of Boston.
What We Know:
- It is being reported that multiple people have been shot at the church this morning. The scene has been sealed off on Bridge Street as it is still an active scene with heavy police presence as they continue investigating the situation.
- Ambulances are on the scene with at least four people said to have been injured in the shooting. It is unclear if their injuries are life-threatening or not but no deaths have been reported currently.
- Local media is reporting the suspect has been apprehended while NYPD Counterterrorism unit says it is “actively monitoring the situation.”
- There was a celebration for the life of 60-year-old Luis “Kiko” Alberto Garcia who was allegedly shot and killed on October 1st by 24-year-old Brandon Castiglione. Garcia was a pastor at New England Pentecostal Ministries, father of two girls, and a husband of 30 years. It is unclear if today’s incident is related.
