A police investigation is underway after a local CVS drugstore in Queens, New York was trashed during a rampage involving students who planned to meet and fight over a girl after school.
What We Know:
- According to NY1, students who declined to be on camera say that two boys planned to meet up at a nearby Wendy’s to fight after school.
- Anticipation of the fight drew in a large crowd and one of the boys involved was said to be hiding in the CVS, which drew the crowd to the store.
- An employee says displays were knocked over, cleared shelves and caused other customers to flee the store, worried that they would be harmed during the brawl.
Students told NY1 that an email was sent to parents and guardians from the principal at Queens Metropolitan High regarding the matter.
