Dish customers lose all local channels stations due to the rejection of Meredith extension.

- In recent news, Dish has pulled the plug on AT&T’s DIRECTV, DIRECTV NOW, and U-Verse TV due to rejecting to pay more money a month for its local channels.
- “Dish is demanding more money from local Television stations, they also pointed out that local Television stations cost customers $12 a month and will be raised to $16 a month if the current trends continue,” cordcutternews said.
- There are 12 cities in total who has lost their local channels. Many customers are upset that one of the dropped channels is the NFL Network.
- Despite customers losing their local channels, Dish is offering free antennas to customers for free over the air.
