- Due to Mari already having a DUI case in Los Angeles in 2011, she now reportedly faces an enhanced charge of felony DWI.
- She was pulled over June 22 after cops spotted her driving without her right wheel. Once she exited, the cops claimed that she could barely walk and had a strong smell of alcohol.
- Her driver’s license was either suspended or revoked when she was stopped as well.
- She has had a struggle with alcohol addiction, which can be seen on the show “Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood.” She has also been in rehab in the past.
