Diana Ross fears she’s lost all of the footage from her 75th birthday celebration and concert.
What We Know:
- On March 26, Diana Ross threw her 75th Diamond Jubilee Birthday Celebration. The event consisted of two parties, one of which turned into an A-list concert. The first party was held at the Warwick in Los Angeles, California. Everybody who was anybody was at this party. Some of the guest included Tom Ford, Robin Thicke, Stevie Wonder, Leonardo DiCaprio, Diddy, Kholé and Kourtney Khardashian. Beyoncé also sang a special rendition of “Happy Birthday” that brought Ms. Ross to tears.
- The second party was a concert held at the Hollywood Palladium. Ms. Ross performed some of her hits, such as, “Come See About Me,” “You Can’t Hurry Love” and “Endless Love.” But, Ross wasn’t the only person performing, she invited some of her celebrity friends to perform as well. Diddy, Robin Thicke and Stevie Wonder all performed. The entire night was filmed but Ms. Ross misplaced the hard drive.
- After the concert, a Q&A was held at the Borgata Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. It was there that Ross explained how she lost the footage. “What happened is I lost the drive. I can’t find the drive! You know how you film it on a hard drive? I didn’t find it! But it’s not lost, it’s gotta be found somewhere and then you can see it, it was a lovely night.”
This night sounds like one for the books, and we hope Ms. Ross finds her footage so she can share it with the world.
