Cuba Gooding Jr. is facing yet another accusation of sexual assault, this time by blogger and social media star, Claudia Oshry.
What We Know:
- Last week, the Oscar-winning actor was charged in New York for allegedly groping a woman at The Magic Hour Rooftop Lounge. The accuser, a 29-year-old woman who has not been identified, told police Gooding grabbed her breast while he was intoxicated. The woman has not spoken publicly about what she says happened to her
- The Boyz N The Hood star turned himself into police, pleaded not guilty, and was released with a next court date set for June 26.
- Oshry, known for her social media account Girl With No Job, accused the actor of inserting his finger into her anus at a dance club without her consent when she was 16. It was reported that Oshry used the incident in routine for her “Dirty Jeans” comedy tour, but has not mentioned the actor by name until now.
- Gooding Jr.’s lawyer Mark Heller disputed the claim saying, “Cuba says this incident never happened and he has no recollection of this individual either.”
Since sharing her story, Oshry said other people have shared their accusations against Gooding with her, as well.
